Hello,
I have connected a PI 7.11 system to Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 system. EWA for the PI system does not show information about XI check. Do I have to do any special configuration for PI systems?

do you have the EarlyWatch Alert Task scheduled?
How does the SDCCN logs look like? Any error?
Earlywatch alert task is sdccn has ran successfully.
I did not get any error.

did you already tried to generate the service definition?
SDCCN / Utilities / Maintain Service Definitions / Delete & replace
if this does not help go through SAP Note #957428
