Force closing / deleting Maintenance Cycle

Hi-

We had several test maintenance cycles in our system. I want to close those out and set the Maintenance Project to finished so they are hidden from the Project Overview list. The problem is that we upgraded our ECC system and all of the old Maintenance Cycles cannot be advanced to "Closed" bc the Transport Track reflects the older ECC system. I keep getting RFC errors, etc (bc it is trying to call that system).

Anyway to close or delete these Maintenance Cycles by force?

Hi,

You can use report /TMWFLOW/TL_COMPLETE_FORCE. However you need to be very cautious with use of this report. Once you have closed the maintenance cycle you can't bring it back n link to the project.
