Hi,

I have saved a shopping basket, i would like to know where exactly the data gets stored ie the table in a CRM system.

I dont think it stores in any table.It might be stored in XML.

Hi Roopa,

I think, you meant ISA and not ISI().

In B2C, it is stored in XCM, rightly put by Natarajan.

You have to use javabasket there and the setting would be :

"usedatabase" parameter of the components-> customer-> basket to true.
