QA 32 - Status check error

HI All,

When i execute the QA32 transaction for ABC Material,it is showing only one inspection lot.when i select it and click the Usage decision button,it is shoing the error.

"Status check error" - The Function you selected cannot be carried out

Transaction analaysis:

Transaction Access usage decision

Influence of syst.status on transactions

Stat Description Inflnce

UD Usage decision has been made Disallowed

STIC Short-term insp. completed Allowed

CALC Sample calculated Allowed

Please help me on this issue.

HI,

pl check first lot status May be it is CRTD . pl follow the transaction

First Create Inspeciton plain in QP01, with Usage 5 and status 4 add operation and MIC.

Second In QA02 attach inspection plan click on Inspection specificarion and also calculate sample if material is sample managed

Then do usage decision

Please let me know if u have any other information

2. In QA02 attach inspection plan click on Inspection specificarion and also calculate sample if material is sample managed

3. after saving now your lot status is REL now You can DO UD forcefully or By RR and then UD

Hi,

I have created the task list.Operations and MIC has been maitained.When i click on the inspection specification,and click Task list.It is not showing anything.

I am unable to assign the task list.In Task list,i have given valid from date is 01.01.2004.The status is 4 and usage is 5.

Please help me.

Hi Srini,

Have you done the material assignment in QP02 for that material and plant combination against the inspection plan? If not the task list will not assign in the inspection lot.

The material is assigned to this Task list.When i click on Material ssignment icon.it is shoing the material and plant.

Hi Srini,

Try entering the key date as todays date, your date of 2004 could be before the material assignment was done as the task list will then not assign. Also ensure the valid too date of the inspection plan you are assigning is in the future.

In QA03,the User status is "NOID - Material not identify"

Can you please tell me how can i remove this status?

Dear Srinivas

I dont know the exact solution for this issue. But please use this Note for removing any inconsistancy in the quality stocks. You can implement to clear the QM stock for this inspection lot. Note no 48815

First thing is that this is due to + No Autherization to make UD+

Check in SU53...what is error

or

is UD already taken? This error is generally comes when UD taken/made.

in QA32 Can you please tell are there only statuses which you have given.?

I checked in SU53.It is showing that the last transaction is successful.

How do i know that the UD has been already taken /made?

This is the status now.

Hi

This is due to Task list not attached to inspection lot.

So create a task list with Usage 5 in Qp01 .

then in Qa02>Enter nspection lot number>insopection specification-->click on Inspec specification.

Make sure that the task list date must be prior to creation of Inspection lot.

Then check the status of the lot.It will become " REL "

Then take UD from QA32
