I would like to ask from where is the customization of LT01 tarnsatcion for the movement type eg 301.
I would like to have field storage location required.

Hi,
To make the 'Storage Location 'field to be mandatory you can create a 'Transaction Variant' in 'SHD0' Transaction code and activate it for the 'LT01'Transaction code.
Hope it fulfills your requirement.
