xi 3.0 to PI 7.1 complete migration

hello experts.

we currently have XI 3.0 SP 20, and we plan to upgrade to PI 7.1 EHP1

for the upgrade - we have new servers for the application servers, and new servers for the database.

can anyone please show me a guide of how to do a complete migration from XI 3.0 to PI 7.1 in this situation?

I would like to install PI 7.1 and the database from scratch - and only then migrate everything neccessary from the old servers.

I have managed to find a step by step guide (it was titled from PI 7.0 to PI 7.1 - but it included XI 3.0)
