Print problem in iw3d tcode

Dear Experts,

I ha designed a smartform for iw3d.

When open iw3d and select my smartform, there are three option

1) Print / Fax

2) Multiple Fax

3) Print Preview.

If i select 1) Print / Fax Option, it takes prints for all order in system.

but if i select 3) Print Preview and from ther i select print, then its working fine means taking print only of selected order.

Can anyone tell me ,is it a program problem or it is a BASIS's guy call.

what is the problem, at a time only one order can be viewed and printed ..right?

The problem is when i click on print/Fax option, ( without print preview), it prints all the order is the system.

Hi,

Check how ru calling the driver program of the smartforms.Might be the case that SF is called for all the orders i.e in a loop.

Nothing related to Basis guys.

But there is no loop. user can enter only single order number and call is made to that order once only.

Hi,

I think it is working fine for Print Preview. for IW3D they will give only one order at a time right. So it will give only one print for one order at a time.
