Idoc in processing state in ECC

Former Member

Hi All,

I have JMS to Idoc scenario.

The data is being successfully posted from PI. I have checked sxi_monitor and RWB both.

The Idocs reach ECC but are in Processing state. Status 64.

I checked we20 Partner profile it is set to trigger immediately.

Please suggest what could be possible error.

Thanks.

Just a quick question... Are you trying to post INVOIC idoc or GL posting idoc, if yes then it can happen and after some time (may be after few hours) they will turn into green.

Hey,

Status - 64 - IDOC ready to be passed to application , Check in We20 whether you have mentioned to collect the IDOC

Hi,

I have not selected that option to collect Idocs.

Can this be the reason: Username used to create the Partner profile does not have authorizations.

Thanks.

Hi,

The Partner Profile in Dev Box does not have Queue Processing check box checked. But still it is working in Dev box.

But it is not working in QA Box.

Package value is 1.

Thanks

Hi,

One possible reason could be that the large no of IDOCs are processed & might be in Queue to be get processed.

You can use report RBDAPP01 to convert the status to 53.

Hello,

Apart from RBDAPP01, you can also try T-code BD87, to reprocess the idoc.

Also, you check the queue status in it.

Hi,

But do I have to run this report evrytime.

All the Inbound IDocs are Processing state.

It is an ORDERS Idoc with extension.

It has 16 -18 segments.

Thanks

Hi Prabhu,

You dont need to run everytime. Usually in production we will schedule this report in SM37 or we will make it to post immediately.
