Hi

. In std is there any way whenever inspection lot created,system will automatically create an email and notifiy the user in SAP INBOX?

if possible how can i do it?

user wants some alerts because we are palnning to eliminate maual inspection request slips?

is there any other way

Already conveyed them to run QA32 transaction, but they want some emails.....

Hi,

You can achieve this by activating the workflow component of SAP.

In customization you will find this under SPRO>Quality Management>Quality Inspection-->Activate Workflow template.

if I activate that workflow template system will sent an mail automatically?
