approving

hi all,

I was wondering how would something like the following be controlled?

On the Portal and back end being R/3, if a manager is off on leave or sick, and he/she provided a delegate the responibility to approve or not to approve employee roles which the manager would approve. I want to be able to control that delegate not being able to approve his or her own "approval for leave" for example.

How can this be done in terms of security?

Hello,

A Person cannot approve or reject his leave, its long time worked on HR issue,

Belive P_PERNR is the object where he can be restricted for his own activities.

Sorry, I may not be 100% perfect

Thanks,

Before P_PERNR is effective, though, you must activate the authorization check for this object. You do this with transaction OOAC, changing the value for AUTSW PERNR to 1.

P_PERNR comes into play when a user tries to access infotype data against their own personnel number. For other personnel numbers, P_ORGIN is used.
