Hi all,
is there any kind of activity report available in SAP-PS, that you can edit and print for a customer? (e.g. via a smartform)

The CN47 gets me only a hardcopy of the screen.
Isn't there something more "good looking" that you can send to a customer as an activity report (with a company's logo and a more suitable layout)?

Take the help of your ABAPer. Tell him from where to extract the required data and ask him to design a report with your company's logo.

define your forms and assign network types (called order types here)
Try report CN47 or CN47N.
