a printer have consistently refused to print documents from SAP. These printers are connected to a Windows server. When impressions are launched from SAP they arrive in the Windows spooler, they also come to the printer but nothing prints.

The entire chain of printing was checked and updated: SAP Driver, Windows, you can see the impressions pass.

thank's for your help

Hello,

Thanks for update, but you have not mentioned my query regarding where is your printer located, because based on that only it can be suggested to use local printing or remote printing option.

Any ways, Please check below link for Frontend printing.

Method U is used when printing from a print server. If you are running SAP on windows and your printers are setup locally you can use Method C or L.

Can you tell us what sort of printers are they?

Hello,

These printers are connected to a Windows server

This means that your SAP system is running on Windows OS and printers are directly connected to that server or your Frontend PC (from where you are accessing SAP system) is configured to use mentioned printers?

What is the Printing method you are using?

In normal case frontend printing (Method F or G) is used, which will in turn use printer configured with local PC.

Please let us know details, so that exact problem can be pointed out.

Abhay
