Hi All,

Is there any chance that we can create single TO for multiple material documents. To elaborate this, I have same material, same destination bin. At different time I will create goods receipt. But I want to create single TO for all the documents. Is it possible.

Dear NRS

As far as SAP standard functionality is concerned system doesnot allow Single transfer order against multiple delivery however you can create Multiple transfer order against a material document.

Hi,

As Manish told that normally Single TO cannot be created for Multiple TRs (Material docs) as TO Header contains TR# or Material Document#.

But you can reduce your effort by grouping the TRs togather in LT41 (based on Movement type) and giving this group name in LT42. System will create a TO for each TR. You need to enter continuously as long as system identifies storage bins automatically based on strategies.
