removing customer master extension

hi

i have extened customer master for two distribution channels (10 & 20 ) now i want to remove one extension of distribution channel 10 . how can i do so ?

Tcode is VD06/XD06,Remove customer master data for particular distribution channel.

thanks guys ..this thing help me ...one more thing ....when i am deleting customer record for a specfic sales area...its showing me "Links stored incompletely"...any suggestion abt this ?

Hi friend,

Goto the Transaction code VOR1 and remove the COMMON DISTRIBUTION for 10 in the second field which is DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL REFERENCE FOR CUSTOMER & MATERIAL

Now you cant extend the customer to this DISTRIBTION CHANNEL 10.

either you can block or mark those customer for deletion for respective sales area. Use either VD05/XD05 or VD06/XD06 for the same.

Hi,

There is no standard procedure to remove on Sales Area (Sales AreaDistribution ChannelDivision),you can only block that customer (XD05) for the particular sales area,i.e you will be indirectly blocking for the distribution channel 10.
