Adaptive computing configuation

Hi,

Im tryig to configure ACC 7.1 SP7 on Windows server 2008 on SQL server 2008

went to url http://hostname:portno/acc

thn clicked resource configuration and trying to upload slddest.cfg file as .xml on Adaptive controller but getting this error -

Error while parsing XML file

caused by Error: URI=null Line=54: Document root element "aiiparameters", must match DOCTYPE root "null". [org.xml.sax.SAXException]

Anybody any idea ?????
