Hi, pls inform what t-codes should be used to see the changes in qm master data like qs21, qs31, qdv1, qs41 etc?

For QS21 use QS28
For QS31 Use QS38
and click on Dynamic selection ---Changed by orchanged On and use *
you will get Canges for the same.
