Error During Order Cancellation

hi all,

i have done UD for some extra material and also made order by mistake. but now i want to reverse that order.

i did 322 movement in MB1B but problem is that when i mgoing to cancel the production order in CO13 then it is giving the error message.

that is 1 : Error in material TCOV-16-5-3-PT order 100000156049 item 0001

2 : Deficit of SL Stck.in qual.insp 12 NOS : TCOV-16-5-3-PT BILF COQA

can anyone please help me.

Hi

During reversal of the Gr you must have activated 08 inspection type.

this will create a Inspection lot of 08 which is not reference to orignal Material Document.

so This will give error as you said.

only solution is

1.175842 Inspection lot: Reversal of goods movements from UD

or 33924 Reversing Usage Decisions

ot to reverse the UD the User exit QEVA0008 may benefit you.

Then cancel the Lot .

2.Directly go to MB31 then do 102 mvt & enter stock type as Unrestricted & not QI

This will definetly work
