Planned order conversion in PP/DS - Creator identification

Hi all,

Planned orders have been set the conversion indicator ( to prodn order ) in PP/DS. We would like to know which user has done for internal purpose. Where can i get that information in APO ?

In R/3 when I check in production order it is showing Service ID user name as the creator.

But I would like to know who has set the original indicator in R/3 .

Kindly help.

Hi Durai,

You are getting the service id user name as the production/process

order number is assigned in R/3 system.

You can try using authorisation/role based object with user name ie

who is having authorisation object to put conversion indicator for

orders in APO. I dont know how this will help you but just a thought

process.

Hi,

you can try /SAPAPO/RRPLOG1 with all applications, there is depending on your setting all actions logged, and also which user set the conversion flag.

Hi Durai,

During planner order conversion, the system sets conversion indicator

to the order.

It can be done manually or through job.

If it is done manually, the user id will be captured and will be appearing

in the production/process order in R/3 system

If it is done through job, the system id which executed the job will be

captured.

Hi Senthil,

I have checked it. In R/3 system is showing the service /system ID even when we convert the planned order manually in APO.

How to find in this case.
