Hi all,
i got a curious Problem regarding the IC WebClient CRM 5.0 SP02.
After confirming a BP I get the message:"Severe error occured, please contact your system administrator"
Details: "Error occurred in class CL_CRM_IC_INTERACTIONRECO_IMPL, event InteractionStarted." and another message from the same class event "BPConfirmed".
But these messages have no effects on the functionality...
Note: 797989 is quiete similar but didnt solve the Problem.
Any suggestions?
