Message error in XD01 creating customer

Hi

I'm trying to create a customer ( DEV ) but this message appear "Field KNVV-CHSPL does not exist in field status tables (TMOD*) Message no. F2252 ".

I check on SDN posts and I get is a SAP note 1164920 [ F2 252: Field & does not exist in (TMOD*)] but release showed in SAP note is different to our release and we have component version SAP ERP Central Component 5.0.

We want to know if instructions for fixing apply to our system?

Hi,

There is a ZIP file given for each Release

Please implement this Note to your release, it will definitely work, and also i checked the entry you mentioned, it is available at my environment and i am in ECC 5.0

Please implement this note anc check.
