Table Controls and Step Loops in RF apps

Hello Experts!

I am new to this whole RF thing!

I am now working on a requirement in which I have to list data in the screen, select on row and show he details in a different screen.

I was told that you cannot use TABLE CONTROLS in RF, and instead you have to use STEP LOOP. Is i true? Does any one know if the latest version of SAP allows you to use table controls?

If not, does any one have any examples on how to do this? How to work with STEP LOOPS?
