Dear experts,
During creation of blueprint in Solution Manager 7, we wanted to edit a Learning Map via http browser.
We activated the services "Learning Map" in tcode SICF - /sap/bc/solman/defaultUser/LearningMap.
After inserting URL link to http browser we didn´t get any request for user account or password and we got the error:

Have you some solution or advice?

Its indeed an authorization error.
you have to have a service user/Technical user for accessing HTTP services in the Solution Manager without login, assigned role:SAP_SOL_LEARNING_MAP_DIS; for instance for displaying HTML Learning Maps.
Please check whether SSO/SNC is enabled.
Thanks,
Jagan

Hi Jagan,
We had this error come up for an employee when they tried to edit their Performance Appraisal. It does not seem to be affecting anyone else just him.

..for our customer it was recentlly a missing external alias for the content-server as per IMG:
- Create external alias in SICF :
External Alias: /sap/bc/contentserver
Description: e.g. ContentServer Alias
Service target element: default_host -> sap -> bc -> contentserver
User: Service-User
All the best,
Frank
