Availability time planning

Hi Experts,

When i click on availability time planning in Communication channel monitoring i am getting following error:

Application error occurred during the request procession.

Details: com.sap.engine.services.servlets_jsp.server.exceptions.WebIOException:

Error compiling [/channelschedulingservlet] of alias [mdt] of J2EE application [sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt].

Exception id: [00144F0F60BA0058000005B3000026CB00047270AE8DC7A3]

Can anyone suggest me what went wrong????

Restart the JAVA engine and try it,

Hi Praveen,

Please make sure with your basis guys that all necessary configuration is done. Also make sure the user has the authorization sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt*mdt with the role modify as mentinoed in this link:

Also To control communication channels, you need the authorizations of user group SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR with the role modify. If you do not have this authorization the relevant function pushbuttons are not displayed. Please see this help for more information:

Once you have done all these steps do a restart and give a try once again.
