How can I see the order reason I have created in SPRO on a VA01 or on an invoice in VF01?

Order reason in maintained using TCode - OVAU

Hi

As few of our friends have already mentioned, we can view the order reason DESCRIPTION in the header level while creating sales order. In case you want to view the description along with the order reason code that was used by you, then check out the list in the field AUGRU in VBAK table using T-code - SE16.

Hi,

In T.Code VA01,in the over view screen itself we can see this order reason field.

It possess the values that are defined in the SPRO screen.

Using the T.Code "OVAU",we can define the order reasons.

If we assign the order reason in this order in overview screen,if you create a billing document using VF01 T.Code,Goto Item details,in item detail tab,under sales order data we can find the field "Order rerason".

Hi,

After creation of Order reason you can see the same in VA01 at Header level in Sales Tab or in Reason for rejection tab

The same values for order reason in Sales Document are copied to Billing Document. You can see the same at Item level in Item detail tab in Billing Document

Hi,

You can view the reason in VA01, on the sales tab itself. Or you can go to menu Go to Header -> sales tab and there you can find the field for Order reason.

Could you please elaborate your requirement ?? You mean to say you were unable to see the Order Reason in VA01 ??
