print preview issue

HI,

when i am trying to see the print preview for external send medium of sales invoice its giving standand font style instread of my font style. due to this layout is not apprearing good. can any body provide the solutions for this problem?

Check whether style which you have included is activated.

rahul,

it also sometimes comes because of printer device problem. check the device in SPAD. or try printing with any other output device maintained in your system..

I using external medium. Even i have checked all the device type, but issue still same.
