Error in Heuristic run SNP

Hello,

In SNP after executing Heuristic run it gives me error message "Invalid product-location combination (peagging Area)".

(/n/SAPAPO/SNP94)

can any body help me to reslove this issue.

Hi,

There seems to be a Master Data issue please run the following transaction in SE38

1) /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG

2) /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK

Run all these settings with the tick on the Repair box

Also if required run the Consistency check before running the Heuristics again.

Hi Nikhil,

In Transaction /sapapo.mat1 go to the Demand Tab and click on the Pegging Tab under Demand Tab here ensure that every thing is blank. Tolerances % can be kept as 0.0%. Try doing these changes for a few materials run the Heuristics and Check.

Hi,

This issue is resolved but i don't know the exact problem.

I have remove all transaction data from SNP and again transfer the data from DP to SNP after this it is working fine without any error.

Hi Nikhil,

Check the following.

1) Check all the components attached to finished product are attached to active version

2) Run a low level code /SAPAPO/SNPLLC followed by snp heuristic and retry

3) Check parallel processing is activated in customisation.

Did you try what I had mentioned in my earlier message ?

Your data may be visible to you on the screen but the inconsistencies are in the LiveCache, you will have to run the Consistency checks for the Master data.

I have Run both the reports as mention by you

1)/SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG

2) /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK.

But same error message.

I have created my Model, planning version and copied all my Master,transaction from Active Model 000 and version 000 it is working fine without any error.

what can be the issue?

Hi Nikhil,

I suggest you check all your master data:

Do you have a valid PPM/PDS? (inluding if necessary phantom)

Are all your components active in the location and assign to model 000?

If you need, are transportastion lane OK?

You can try to create an order manually. See if you can, and if the order creatred is correct (e.g with a valide source of supply...). Then navigate to all components...

Hi Nikhil,

Goto transaction /sapapo/mat1, enter your location product and click on assign model

(Shift+F9), and assign your location product to the active version and then recheck

Hi Nikhil,

Once your product location is assigned to Model 000 then automatically it will consider 000 version so you have done correctly. So ignore the error messages.

While executing SNP94, from the selection variant select only Product(don't select location). It will resolve your issue.

Hi Nikhil,

1) Check your executed location product is in the active model & version

2) Check using transaction /SAPAPO/RRP_NETCH whether pegging area exists

3) Check the material master of location product in APO whether all views are

maintained(especially pegging relevant fields)

I have created pagging area for location product( planning version 000 /n/SAPAPO/RRP_NETCH ).

but i am not able to assign location product to planning version 000.

It is already assign to Model 000 active model.
