Hi all,

I've just read this link : and I wonder if there is any SAP note or SAP references describing the categorization of dialogs steps at low, medium and high workload as mentioned?

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,

As the previous respondent pointed out the categorization high / medium / low refers to users, not to dialog steps. It forms the basis of User Based Sizing, which is the simplest sizing model for SAP (as opposed to the more sophisticated activity-based sizing). These sizing techniques are available via the QuickSizer (http://service.sap.com/QUICKSIZER).

Regards,

Mark

hi,

This grouping is a part of Sizing.

Low activity users

- 360 seconds think time between interacting with the server

u2013 Medium activity users

- 30 seconds think time between interacting with the server

u2013 High activity users

- 10 seconds think time between interacting with the server

for more details, please refer the documentations of Quicksizer tool.
