Can the inspection lots created when new delivery note ?

Dear Experts,,

We create delivery note when inspection lot is generated. Then the delivery note is cancelled for some reason and new delivery note is created and inspection recorded for the new one. The old inspection lot then remains open. Can this be eliminated (Can the inspection lots created when new delivery note is created ?)

Please suggest

Hi

The best thing is that put the lot in cancellation mode.Status will change to LTCA.

to do this fo to Inspection lot menu--->cancel the lot in QA02

or

Apply SAP note to reverse the UD of the lot.When Lot is in Qi stock then cancel the delivery note& cancel the outbound delivery .Automatically lot should get status LTCA.

(Can the inspection lots created when new delivery note is created ?)

Untill & unless you again createl the outbound delivey & picking lot will not be get generated.
