It is possible to restrict the view of a WBS in project structure based on roles & Authorisation. Check the below thread for Roles and Authorizations for project/WBSE.
You can defind it by spro>structure>operative structure>work breke down structure>user interface setting>lawout of WBS element detailed screen>include user defined detailed screens and defined layout for wbs element deatailed screens.
