Using XML Data Archiving Service (DAS) for the XI Adapter Engine

We will be using non-repudiation in the PIDX adapter. Our concern is that the non-repudiation archive will grow & cause resource issues. In order to avoid such issues, we are planning to setup XML Data Archiving Service (DAS). Has anyone used XML DAS?

I am trying to access it using the following steps but get the error, 'The page cannot be displayed'.

Steps to access DAS: From Archive Administration (transaction SARA) enter your XML archiving object (BC_SBOOK_X) and choose Customizing. From the XML Basis Customizing menu choose XML DAS Administration.

Hi Amjad,

To get the link you need to have:

1. To successfully connect you need a SAP Web AS user that is assigned to the security role XMLDASSecurity Role.

The following steps were used to assign the XMLDASSecurityRole role to the intended user:

Visual Admin -> services -> security provider -> sap.com/tc_TechSrvXML_DAS*DataArchivingService -> security roles tab -> add the user
