Condition Exclusion

hi peers,

I searched the forum and maintained all the necessary settings for condition exclusion, the things i did is appended below

maintained condition types a004 (10%disc) and a007(11%disc)

defined condtion exclusion group 1982

assigned condtion types to exlusion group i,e

1982-a004 and 1982-a007

sno cpr desc exgr1

5 A Best condition between condition types 1982

10 A Best condition between condition types 1982

when i create sales order both the condition types are accepted and condition type A004 is inactive..

am i going wrong somewhere??? plzzz help..

Hi,

There are more than one solutions available.

1. You can follow as told by Ankur.

Or

2. instead of maintaining condition records for 2 diff condition types i.e. a004 and a007, try to create 2 condition records for one condition type only i.e. a004 or a1007

and then put this condition type in condition exclusion group

and for CPR give value as B.

3. create 2 diff cond. exclusion group. Put your condition types i.e. a004 in one group and a007 in other. For CPR give value as C

Maintain as "D" in place of "A" and try to create a fresh order.

as per the exclusion i needed the discount type which is higher i,e favouring to customer...
