Availibility Check - Stock Allocation

Dear Friends,

We are in an automotive support project delaing with sales of vehicles from plant.

We are facing a typical problem for last many days, that even though stock is available at unrestricted location it does not get confirmed to sales order.

We are using make to stock scenario & have multiple sales orders in back orders. later when stock arrives we see that it doesnt get confirmed to any of sales orders.

We have tried both transactions V_RA & V_V2 but in vain.

What we see in V_RA is the ATP quantity is shown negative (eg: 7-)

Regarding this we search a note with SAP wherein we found in a note that a program might help us out

The program is "SDRQCR21" "Recovery of Sales and Delivery Requirements", where material & plant code is entered & executed. This clears the stock problem & now stock will be available for confirmation.

But this program doesnt seem to be a user activity & permanent solution. This leads to bottle necking & despatches are held up.

Please help & suggest what will have to be done.

In Make To Stock scenario, when stock is not confirming to sale order, it could be due to so many reasons and the details whatever you provided is not sufficient to come to a conclusion.

Perhaps, if you can let me know some basic settings like

a) What is your Strategy Group

b) What is your Requirement Type and Requirement Class

c) What is your schedule line category

I will try to provide a solution.
