5.2 RAR reports vs. 5.3 RAR reports

All,

Can anyone tell me if the reporting in RAR improves when you upgrade to 5.3 from 5.2? The release notes aren't very helpful in the regard.

It surely improved and 5.3 has more reports than 5.2. RAR 5.3 has all the reports which were part of CC 4.0.

Since we would be acquiring all of the 4.0 reports in our upgrade to the 5.3 version, does that mean we would also re-gain all of the backend SAP report functionality for RAR as well? There are a lot of TCodes that don't work in 5.2 with regards to CC...if we re-gain the functionality that existed in 4.0, does that mean we get those back?

Most of the reports are there in 5.3.

Any specific report capabilities? Is there a YouTube video, commercial, advertisement, or powerpoint presentation that shows or illustrates all of the 5.3 RAR report capabilities?

Release notes have all the information. Here is some exmaples:

1) BI/BW integration with RAR and CUP to customize reports

2) Reports will show selection criteria and ruleset information.

3) Invalid Mitigation Control Report

4) Action Usage by Roles and Profiles

5) User Authorization Count

6) Analysis of Called Transactions in Custom Code

7) Transactions in Roles but not in Rules
