5.3 Upgrade Project

We are planning the upgrade of our GRC AC 5.2 version to 5.3. I received the project plan in PDF and can't tell the resources necessary to pull this upgrade off. Does anyone have the project plan? If not, can anyone summarize the timeline, resource requirements, potential risk areas, etc. in performing an upgrade?

Is it really as simple as backing up the DB, undeploying 5.2 and deploying 5.3? Nothing has to be done with the DB as all of our 5.2 data is still there?

Yes, Greg. It is a very simple upgrade. 5.3 upgrade will keep all of your data and you will need to upload all the added feature by importing initial data file.
