Partial Quantity not able to deliver

Hi,

we have come across a situation where if the quantity available is partial of the ordered/required quantity, delivery is not happening. But, if the quanity available is equal to the required quantity, delivery is being processed.

I have checked the customer and it is opted for "Allow partial deliveries"

The error message getting while delivery is 'Order cannot be processed' and in the Log it says "No Schedule lines due for delivery upto the selected date".

In the material strategy type is 30 and Requirement type is KL. Hence, confirmed quanity is becoming zero in the order.

In MD04, stock is being shown as allocated against the order.

Can any suggest where it is going wrong.

if a document is blocked for credit check...after release, availability check will be processed again.

During this time, system checks for the checking rule in the default values. Hence we changed the checking rule to allow partial quantities.

Check in VL21 whether any delivery is created and saved for the same material without doing PGI. Also check in material master any Safety Stock is maintained. System will reduce this safety stock and allow to do PGI only for the balance quantity though you could see the same quantity in Unrestricted in MMBE.

Also check in the User Exit MV45AFZZ that if VBEP - WMENG = VBEP - BMENG ,then only delivery can be processed.

Else throw an Error.

Also check for the logic that if for a Line Item ( POSNR),if Scheduled Delivery Date displays in two rows ,it should throw an Error.

1. What is the availability check in material master?

2. In sales order line item, shipping tab what is filled in the field Part.dlv/.item?

Availability check is 02 and even in sales order partial deliveries are allowed.
