i found a situation where t-code vf01 is creating billing invoice. but in T-code smartforns there are 5 Smartforms related to invoice. then how to decide the which smartform is being used.
You can find the Smartform by using NACE transaction.
Goto NACE->Click on V3(Billing)->Click on OUTPUT TYPES Pushbutton-> Select your OUTPUT TYPE from the table displayed on the screen->In the left pane, Click on Processing routines-> Here you can find the ROUTINES, SMARTFORM NAMES etc.,
Goto NACE and select V3 and click on Output types..then find right output type and click on Processing routines. At there is already some print program and Form had assigned. Otherwise Goto TNAPR Give the Application(KAPPL) and get the information.There in field SFORM you can fidn all the smartforms.
from VF01, you can create lot of invoices, like, creditmemo, cancelled invoice, proforma invoice etc, but you need to use appropriate one based on your requirement.
I think SF_LB_INVOICE will suffice for your requirement.
