IDM_DataSource issue on Idm 7.1

If we try to access the IDM URL we receive an error like:

DB Connection manager encountered an exception during initialization: Object not found in lookup of IDM_DataSource.

any suggestions ?

install SP3 and check again!

Installing SP03 and playing around with the connection string really solved the problem.

I have IDM 7.1 SP4 installed. Facing the same issue. Can you please let me know what exactly need to be changed in connection string?

Go to Visual Administrator Server -> Services -> JDBC Connector in the "Cluster" tab.

Go to DataSources.

Is your data souce called IDM_DataSource ?

It must be the exact spelling.
