Hi all
I am facing aproblem in Output Determination in delivery.
I have to control out out with a new key combination lets say ship pt/ Mtrl .
Now i have created a new condition table for this combination. Then assigned this table to the existing access sequence which is used in the output type. I checked the Output determination procedure also and its right for Delivery type.
When i check the delivery output determination , i dont see the condition record picked for that Output type. and i get error
" Message 524 Access not Made Initialized field:
I have rechecked all the config but still not able to find why the record is not getting picked
Hope you have some answers
Swapnil
I n T-code NACX select your access sequence
Click on Access on Left & select your row
Then click Fields on left & you will see init column on the right.
initialize all the fields & save.
This should solve your problem.

Hi
Access not made intialized field
This means ( assuming the settings are correct ) in the delivery document either the shipping pt and material for which you have maintained Output condition records flowing ( it will have an yellow exclamatory mark)
Means suppose for material X and shipping pt 1000 you have maintained Output condition records in the delivery which you are checking now the shipping pt is not 1000 or the material is not X and hence the condition record is not valid
Check that

Hi,
Make sure whether you have assigned output determination procedure to the delivery item category only.
Also,
In VL02n, go to menu - Extra - Delivery Output - Header / Item.
You will get new screen. Click on menu Goto - Determination Analysis
This will tell you whether system has found any valid condition record or not
Hope you would get some input
regards,
Sagar
Hi Swapnil,
After assigning the condition table to the access sequence, you have to select the condition table & click on the feilds button.
Kindly recheck the config.

Hi,
Check for the details of the output type you are using in V/34 whether the access sequence maintained in the
general data tab and the box access to conditions is ticked.
