Hi,
I have a RFC to SOAP scenario. I have the rpc format WSDL file to build the scenario. From the OSS notes, I understood that XI doesnot support RPC format. My question is,
1. If I convert it into Document Format WSDL, can I communicate with my vendor..since they have the RPC format wsdl only.
2. What are the different ways to convert rpc wsdl into doc wsdl, which is the easist one?.
Thanks-in-advance,
Raj.

There is not much difference between this two formats. Its very simple to convert them. Go through this url which shows with an example:
http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/webservices/library/ws-whichwsdl/

Hi satish,
Thanks for help. Can you please tell, whether you converted the rpc to doc wsdl?.
Since we already used the rpc wsdl, we had lot of problems with that..means we could not communciate!!.
In the SOAP Adapter FAQs also, its clearly mentioned that it doesnt support RPC wsdl...
Here my question is, if I convert it into Doc format, can I communicate with my vendor who is using RPC wsdl??
Thanks,
Raj.
