Dear Prashanth,

If Output Determination is already configured in your system then go to VA22 - Enter the Quotation number -

Extras - Output - Header - Edit.

Here enter the relevant Output type for Quotations & Transmisstion medium (Print Output). Then click on Further Data & select Send Imediatelty.

This would make sure that your Sales Quotation Output is Printed.

But if Output Determination is not Configured in your system than you will have to do necessary in IMG - SD - Basic Functions - Output Determination.

Do let me know should you require Output Determination Configuration Steps.

Hi,

You can get in to Quotation Document Change Mode - Extras - Output - Header/Item - Goto - Determination Analysis. Prior to this you must have maintained the Condition record for the output type.

THe standard Output Determination type are V060000, Condition type: AN00, Transmission Medium: 6(EDI), Access Sequence: 0001, Processing Subroutine: Program RSNASTED, Partner Function: SP and Application: V1.

Configure output determination at SPRO>SD>Basic function-->Output control.

Assign it to your quotation.
