I need to update Sales price for over 500 articles.

Is there transaction for mass change sales price for selected articles?

Hi,

transaction code VKP5 can be used. If you might have a percentage or absolute price change for these selected articles, please use as sales price determination sequence (in the subscreen pricing procedure) 04 (percentatge price change) or 05 (absolute price change).

using LSMW is the best option to update mass sales price update, this i have seen in real senario, so i am suggesting this solution

LSWM field selection: (its not standard, need to change based on business requirement)

If you are on ECC 6 version of IS Retail, you can also use Price Planning Workbench.

Master Data u2192 Price Planning u2192 Price Plans u2192 Edit

Price planning work bench can be used for Creating promotions, Markdowns and Manual Price changes

I tried the path mentioned by u but iam getting following error "PPW Customizing settings are incorrect".

Can u explain me what are the cutomizing settings requored and how to do it.

Hi,

Price PLanning Workbench can be used for 3 purposes

1. MArkdown Plan Creation

2. Promotion Creating

3. Manual Price changes.

PPW is also integrated with BI for the purpose of automatic proposal of Markdown based on sales and for Budgets.

Following config must be done before using PPW

Discuss the individual steps and point out again that Customizing for the

budget is created initially in SAP NetWeaver BI and also automatically in the

ERP system when the budgets are released. The only step to be performed is

activating the budget type.

(Customizing needs to be adapted if levels that are not known in the ERP

system are used to plan the budgets in SAP NetWeaver BI). These levels

must then be added manually.)

Show that budgets are maintained at article hierarchy level and that an

approval procedure is used for budget overruns. Explain the conflict check

against other price plans.
