Line item deletion goes to held status in local PO

Dear Experts,

I've few line items in a local po in extender classic scenario of srm5.0,done confirmation & invoice for few items and when tried to click on delete icon on one line item it shows an message to "complete po first or hold changes",is there any note to be applied for this error,please advice.

Hi

in ecc po deltion happens item wise right.

Delete button is for Held status POs whereas Complete is for Ordered status POs.

did you try item wise deletion

Hi,

Which item are you trying to delete.

If there is a confirmation for the item then you will not be able to delete it. This is only if you are trying to delete in the SRM portal.
