Partial UD

Dear All,

I try to give a partial UD (when the lot qty is 20 i tried to pass 18) and save, but when i check in the display screen it shows as total got passed. our company is using WM module as well. i GRN materials to WM enabled location. can anybody tell me why is this happening and tell me a way to do the partial UD (do 321 movement from QI to Unrestricted partial qty) ?

Hi

Partial UD is not differnt & not require any Std settings except do not use Auto stock posting in QS41/QS51,

System will only show that it has status SPST.

but in the UD screen under "To be posted" stock will remain open (this will be the Qty to be posted ex: 20 )

Hi,

1. Go in Edit mode of selected sets

2. Add your detail and desired selected set

3. Select UD code which has bee used during UD

4. Remove the Tick Stock secrrn background

Hi,

Same is observed by me in past. We solved this case as follows:

1. While giving UD, give required partial qty in Unrestricted use stock and rest (in your case, 2) to block stock and save.

2. Now, transfer Block Stock to QI using MB1B using 349. This will create Inspection Lot of 08. For this lot approriate UD can be given.

This is temparory solution. Others may have better solution or might be some config is there.
