Unable to find download option for EWA

Hi all,

We have iplemented EWA config for oone of our PRO system...while performing task, getting completed succesfull and in dswp its showing data is available for download....

In satilite system also its showing data transffered.......but in dswp i am unable to seed the word doc. Even activites tab is not there.

Please suggest...

Hi,

Yes, SM:EXEC* job is getting terminated and giving SYNTAX_ERROR.

This is a standard program, please suggest if any correction note/patch is there to fix this.

Nick,

SYNTAX_ERROR!. Log details will help to figure the issue. This may be due to the Patch of ST-SER conponent.

Hi NIck,

One of the reasons may be the job SM:EXEC*** is not running or failing. Is that Job Scheduled?.

Also do check the RFCs between also the one assigned in SDCCN for master system solman.(But it shouldn't be a issue since you get the status as sent in Satelleite system txn sdccn).

Hi Nice,

You can get the report in mail configuration

Goto DSWP-> select the solution landscape->Edit->Automatic email transmission->give which mail id's you want.

Even you can get into the report and select Print-> select document image writer->then download it.
