Dear all,
I have activated 04 insp type for a finished material and inspection plan contains sample drawing procedure with 3 primary samples , one pooled sample and one reserve sample, with reserve sample taken as 50 grams. for an inspection lot of sample size 100 grams , how system determines the quantities for each sample type and how does stock posting take place.
Thanks in advance
Madhav
Hi
Remeber
If you create You inspect
-
Primary samples Primary samples
Primary and reserve samples Primary samples only
Primary and pooled samples Pooled samples only
Primary, pooled, and reserve samples Pooled samples only
SAMPLE DP (PRIMERY) SAMPLE DP (POOLED) RESERV LOT QTY SAMPLE SIZE OF LOT
-
5 2 1 10 2
your scenario
3 1 1 100 1
so sample size of lot will be only Pooled samples only.
Stock posting is irrespive of samples genetared & will depend upon the lot size.

Sujit

Hi,
It depends upon
1. Sampling Procedureu2019s Sample Size
2. Base Qty maintained in MIC at Inspection Plan.
3. Whether Containers required indicator in SDP is activated or not. If yes, no. of containers entered while MIGO_GR or in No. of containers field.
If we consider,
1. Sampling Procedureu2019s Sample Size = 1
2. Base Qty maintained in MIC at Inspection Plan = 1
3. Containers required indicator in SDP is activated and no. of containers entered while MIGO_GR or in No. of containers field = 1
System will genenate
3 Primary Sample with Sample size = 0.333
1 Pooled Sample with Sample size = 1
1 Reserve Sample with Sample size = 50
and total Sample size = 51
In UD, 50 will be posted 'To Reserves', 1 'To sample usage' and rest qty you can post as per your discretion.
