Multiple deliveries

Dear all,

I have one sold to party multiple ship to parties, In sales order 10 line items each line item different schedule lines. I need to send the material to different ship to party's in different locations. How to split the delivery's for one sales order. Plz guide me how to configure in SAP.

Hi,

Go to VA02 and give your sales order and execute it.

Now select one line item and click on detail.

Go to the partner tab for that particular line item.

Over there you will find out the ship to party function.

Just change that ship to party to your required ship to party.

Do this same process for all the other line item also and save the order.

Now create the delivery it will split the order because your ship to party is not same

There is a Criteria to split the Delivery if you have Different Ship-to party , Shipping Point , Delivery Date ......

You just mention the Ship-to Party at line Item in Partners Tab and the Shipping Point , Location at Shipping Tab at Item Level.Maintain the same process which ever is Required.
