I am facing typical printing problem

Please help me in correcting printing problem. While picking up text from Include text in smartform, the words of that particular text gets repeated in line printer/dot matrix but not in Laser due to which it overflows the width of page. Actually it is Enquiry note text which is being maintained by the MM group.

Hi Sonu,

Please check the dot matrix printer setting for the page and all.I hope it will work.Set the page setting to the page you using i suppose A4.

Dot matrix printer setting is ok as it is printing other texts within the margin and texts are not repeating execpt this one as mm group is maintaining text in ms word editor. Print preview is coming fine but while printing that included texts are repeated

is it due to the paragraph formats used . I have used H3.

Hi Sonu,

I think somewhere yo uhave looped the conditions because of which it is printing so many time.please check the loop condition.
