Transaction VL06O

Hi friends, I would like to know the diferences between the transactions VL06O, VL06G and VL06P and when it is more convenient to use each one.

Hi,

VL06O : This is used for DELIVERY MONITORING , here you can find all the options for Collective picking, Collective confirmations, collective distribution , This is not used for batchjob setup .

In VL06O you can get the details of deliveries which are completed and also the deliveries which are pending for Picking and Which are pending for PGI separately.

VL06G: This is the DeliveryDeu list, Means we have to schedule a job based on this Program for collective processing of sales orders which are due for Delivery

VL06P: This is Collective Pricking, The deliveries which are due for picking can be collectively picked using this transaction. We can set a bathjob based on the program of this transaction .

HI Gerado,

VL06O is main transaction and the rest two are subtransactions. Through VL06O these two trnsactions can be trigerred.

Always put a practice of using vl06o, as it also provide access to other trnsactions like vl06f ( list of outbound deliveries which aso gives list of open deliveries, list of partially processed deliveries, list of deliveries with PGi done but billing pending) and all these are required as open deliveries /partially processed deliveries also affects billing documents.
