Can any of you help me with retrospective update of rebates. When I try to update rebate agreement retrospectively using transaction VBOF, I am being issued an error against a certain billing document.
When analysed the billing document it shows few line items with "PRICING ERROR in ITEM XXXXXX". When I look at the conditions information at item level, i see the pricing has stopped abruptly in the middle, not all the conditions types are considered. In all the cases the pricing has stopped after certain point.
I cannot reverse this billing document as it is few months old and all posting periods are closed.
Can you please let me know any transaction to update the pricing? or is there any why I can ignore this document from Rebate update? or any other way to over come this....
