Error code 06 011 on shopping carts

Hello,

We are on SRM server 550 and recently upgrde to stack SAPKIBKT15. All the created shopping carts run in error with the following error message:

Shopping cart 0010002781 (PReq. 4000000523): 06 011 Item 00020 does not exist (Document Number 10002781

Can any one help me on this one ?

What is there in item 002 ? please double check that material . is it set deleted? blocked?

Hello,

I have created shopping carts with one item, so then there's no item 0020. We don't use materials we use material groups and they are all active. When I create a shopping cart with two ore more item it gives the same message.

Any further ideas ?

020 says the docuemnt has already been deleted and can not be changed.

The error code is 06 011 which syas 'Item & does not exist'

In the error message the part that not exists in item 0020

Is the Shopping cart an existing one or a newly created one after the upgrade?
